Responsibilities

CONTENT CREATOR:

  • Design Educational Videos: Create and curate engaging and educational Chinese content on social media platforms, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram

  • Write and Produce Scripts: Plan and write scripts for video lessons or tutorials, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and informative.

  • Collaborate with Other Creators: Partner with other content creators, language teachers, or cultural influencers to expand your reach and offer diverse learning experiences.

  • Create a Content Calendar: Plan and organize content in advance, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that covers all aspects of language learning.

  • Adapt Content for Different Levels: Tailor content for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, ensuring that it is both accessible and challenging at the right levels.

  • Incorporate Visual & Audio Effects: Enhance the learning experience through thoughtful use of music, sound effects, and visual aids to highlight key points or phrases.

  • Edit and Finalize Videos: Edit recorded content via CapCut, ensuring high production quality (sound, visuals, transitions) and that it aligns with your educational goals.

  • Marketing: Manage customer feedback and analyze engagement metrics to adjust digital marketing strategies

CHINESE TUTOR:

  • Design Lessons: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to students’ proficiency levels, whether beginners or advanced learners.

  • Develop Curriculum Design: Develop a structured curriculum that includes grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and cultural components. Adapt content to the students' learning goals.

  • Provide Personalized Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and tailor lesson adjustments to meet each student’s learning pace and needs.

  • Set Learning Goals: Help students set language goals and work with them to achieve specific milestones, such as mastering a certain level of conversation or writing proficiency.

  • Create Visuals & Graphics: Design engaging visuals such as slides, infographics, flashcards, or animated characters to help explain Chinese concepts more effectively.
